Fed: Ansett staff want answers from Fox and Lew
MELBOURNE, Feb 28 AAP - Ansett staff who reacted with disappointment at yesterday'scollapse of the Tesna buy-out are today angry and demanding answers.
About 100 Ansett workers met at Melbourne Airport today to hear a report from union officials.
Many left determined to confront Tesna partner Lindsay Fox, who was expected to departfor a European ski holiday today, with demands to know why his buy-out bid failed.
Steve Smith, who has 29 years' experience with the now doomed airline, told reportersMr Fox and partner Solomon Lew had some explaining to do to the staff.
