Fed: Mint to produce coin to mark Rugby World Cup
CANBERRA, April 30 AAP - The Royal Australian Mint will produce a coin to mark Australia'shosting of the Rugby World Cup later this year.
The first collector coin will be issued on May 23 and features the William Webb EllisCup, rugby's most coveted prize.
The pure silver coin would be gold plated in parts to enhance the image of the trophy,the Mint said.
The $77 coins will be distributed worldwide and 20,000 will be produced.
